    Sunlit fresh spaces provide the perfect setting for group activities, whilst outdoor areas give the opportunity to sunset on the decked terrace, or gather for intimate conversation around the glow of the log fire pit.

    The Yoga: Morning flows to awaken; evening sessions to ground. I’ve designed these practices to harmonise with our daily movement, ensuring you feel energised yet deeply rested.

    I am thrilled to welcome Laura of Zest Life. A veteran of world-class wellness retreats, Laura will lead our mountain explorations and cold water dips. Her expert guidance offers both safety and inspiration for those looking to reconnect with nature's elements.

Designed to ground you after a day in the mountains, every meal is a vibrant blend of nourishment and flair, proving that wellness should always taste delicious.

    Friday:  Arrival 5pm, welcome drink & snack, evening yoga followed by welcome dinner.

    Saturday: Morning yoga, breakfast, guided hike, dip, lunch, massages, snack and juice, evening yoga and dinner.

    Sunday: Morning yoga, breakfast, hike, dip , lunch, departures 4pm.
